    Sitting round for an hour after advertised opening times. Still no sign of anyone with 15 people waiting at the doors.

    Waiting for an hour for this place to open but it's advertised 5:30 even on New Year's Eve. Disappointed!!

    Walked my dog down to get the paper today and was rudely told to tie my puppy outside even though I was carrying him! Have never been told this since we moved here 6 months ago all the other staff have been super friendly to me and my dog. Won't be coming back!
